Open Publishing Cooperation

Through institutional or national agreements, payment of a set APC to support unlimited OA publications by the institution or country (based on peer review outcomes), with APC amounts ranging from $1,000 to $3,000 per year.

Institutional Membership: $1,000/year for institutions. Unlimited submissions based on peer review outcomes.

National Agreement: $3,000/year for unlimited submissions based on peer review. Includes options for publishing special issues.

No Advertising

COSN is a non-profit community，dedicated to promoting replicable research and cross disciplinary sharing and collaboration. We are committed to maintaining the integrity of our content by not accepting paid advertising. This policy ensures that our focus remains solely on providing high-quality, unbiased information and resources to our audience.

APCs from Authors

APC Standards:

Standard Individual Membership: $400/year for publishing. Conference fees reduced for journal-organized academic events.

Youth Membership: $200 /year for publishing.

Non-member Individuals: $600/year for publishing.

All these rates are subject to potential waivers or discounts (in consultation with UNESCO).
